Keith Foley joined the firm of MehaffyWeber in 1989 and became a shareholder in 1996. His primary area of practice involves toxic tort claims, specifically the defense of exposure claims to a variety of industrial products and chemicals including benzene, silica and asbestos. Keith also has experience in other product liability, insurance defense and Deceptive Trade Practices Act claims.Areas of Concentration

Keith received a B.S. in Business from Trinity University in 1980, an M.B.A. in 1982 from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from The University of Houston Law Center in 1988.Activities
Keith is the epitome of “soccer dad,” coaching his three daughters’ teams for over 14 years. He is also very involved in fundraising for the local division of The American Cancer Society.Memberships and Honors

He is a member of the American and Jefferson County Bar Associations, Texas Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys. Keith was selected as a
